Botpress
Botpress is a hosted platform for building conversational AI agents in a visual Studio, extended with TypeScript integrations via an SDK and CLI. In 2026 it repositioned around customer support, adding Botpress Desk for human handoff and ticketing, and switched to per-conversation pricing with AI usage included. The legacy self-hosted v12 is no longer developed; the public GitHub repository now holds the SDK, CLI and integrations.
