Terragon
Terragon was a hosted background-agent orchestrator: users delegated tasks to Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Amp or Gemini CLI running in isolated cloud sandboxes, using their own subscriptions or API keys, and received branches and pull requests on GitHub. It also offered a 'terry' CLI for local handoff, an MCP server and Slack/GitHub triggers. The service shut down in early 2026 and its code was released as an unmaintained open-source snapshot.
Discontinued. Shut down. The terragonlabs.com page is titled 'Terragon Shutdown' with the meta description 'Information about the Terragon shutdown on February 9th, 2026.' Shutdown was being discussed publicly by 2026-01-12, and an as-is open-source snapshot was published on 2026-01-16 (github.com/terragon-labs/terragon-oss, Apache-2.0).
