Moveworks
Moveworks provides a conversational assistant that answers employee IT, HR and other internal requests, runs workflows in connected systems and searches enterprise content. ServiceNow completed its acquisition in December 2025 and in February 2026 combined Moveworks with its portal and workflows as ServiceNow EmployeeWorks. At close the vendor reported 350+ enterprise customers and 5.5 million employees using Moveworks. Pricing is not published.
Acquired. ServiceNow completed its acquisition of Moveworks on 15 December 2025. Moveworks is still sold standalone and existing contracts are honoured, but its capabilities were folded into ServiceNow EmployeeWorks (Feb 2026) and, per a third-party partner, into ServiceNow's unified Otto AI experience (May 2026).
